Rewind 20 years, we were psychologists and leaders working in large organisations growing fatigued with the constant cycle of change, ill equipped leadership teams, and the ever revolving door of people and customers.

The Birth of The Psychorp Group
In 2008, we decided to do something about it. The Psychorp Group was born. Our vision was to create a space where we could work with leaders and high performing executives in a therapeutic and supportive coaching environment. Our mission was to transform not only their lives, in and out of work, but also the sustained impact they had on their people and their organisation.

starling's Impact on Organisational Growth
In 2010, starling joined the group and we began to partner with organisations identifying areas for growth and development, strategically shaping their culture, leadership and talent and in turn positively impacting overall performance. Through our research driven and tailored approach, we began working with organisations enabling leaders to adapt and navigate the ever evolving business landscape.
